How can we support others through burnout?
It is important to look out for each other in our field.
Keep an eye on your colleagues, check in on them.
Have regular team meetings, to see how everyone is doing and whether or not jobs can be redistributed or allocated during the day.
It’s also good to catch up outside of work and have regular monthly after work gatherings, inviting family also. This creates team spirit and relationship.
Make sure everyone in your team takes a break and holidays
