Non Judgemental Attitude and White Light

The ability to connect to the life force within allows for it to radiate and innately emanate a vibrational energy that can create calmness and an attitude of non-judgment and non-attachment. Connection to this All-Pervading Universal Creative Life Force is one way to stay centred in the hustle and bustle of life, and prevents you from slipping into  judgmental interactions, thoughts and criticism towards others and yourself in the world.

Judgment is how you discern things. It is useful to make choices and useful to lead us to a path of spiritual awakening. A person who has a connection with the universal creative life force is able to discern and make judgements with a non-judging attitude. They have the ability to observe the world with an impartial and non-attached view especially in stressful times, when it is most needed. They do not label or categorize their ideas of creation and interactions with others as being good or bad, right or wrong, fair or unfair. They accept the feelings and thoughts they have as is and embrace the sensations they may be feeling as part of their daily being.

Judgment is beneficial when it emanates from a place of truth within. To experience this requires a deeper connection with one’s innermost self, this universal life force within.

To fully appreciate the entirety of one’s nature, let us look at white light, which is made up of a spectrum of colours. Instead of focusing on and judging the different colours within your beam of white light, observe yourself as the white light, which is the whole spectrum of rainbow colours.

Embrace your sensations, thoughts, ideas, and habits as this white light. Once you see yourself as white light (whole and well), you will begin to see the individual beauty in all the colours you are made up of.
